Delivery time & charges

Delivery time

Mentioned as "delivery time" is the timeframe between the day when we receive the paid orders´ money and the day when the goods will be delivered to our customer via a mail/parcel-company. This individual time is listed in our online-shop according to the product.

When ordering large amounts of a product, it´s possible that the delivery time goes up to 20 days because of the duration and the workload of the production process. But it will also be mentioned in the shop and in our order confirmation.

Delivery charges

The delivery charges depend on the weight of the ordered goods and will be calculated and shown while doing the booking of the products.

Together with the amount of the prices of the ordered goods, the delivery charge has to be transfered to our bank account.

Please mention the invoice number when doing the transaction. We accept Euro only.
